Savanna Wang is an undergraduate student in Molecular and Cell Biology and Data Science at University of California, Berkeley. Her prior research experience includes computational research building an AI-assisted iPSC quality assessment model and wet lab research experience on metabolic disease modeling using iPSCs. In the Theodoris Lab, she is developing deep learning methods for modeling gene perturbations. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, drawing, and playing the bamboo flute.
