Madhavan Venkatesh is an undergraduate at University of California, Los Angeles pursuing a BS in Applied Mathematics and Computational Biology. He has previously conducted research at University of California, San Francisco and University of Michigan applying machine learning approaches to cancer biology. In the Theodoris Lab, he is leveraging deep learning to understand gene-gene interactions in development and disease.
