Madhavan Venkatesh is a visiting researcher in the Theodoris Lab. He previously worked with the Theodoris lab as an undergraduate at University of California, Los Angeles, where he completed his BS in Applied Mathematics and Computational Biology. He has previously conducted research at University of California, San Francisco and University of Michigan applying machine learning approaches to cancer biology. In the Theodoris Lab, he is leveraging deep learning to understand gene-gene interactions in development and disease.
